The community fair has typically has about 40 groups present and has served as a great opportunity for groups to outreach to students and others as well as network with other groups.
The fair will be held on Tuesday, April 21, 2009 at 11:00 am - 3:00 pm in the Memorial Union Quad. Set up begins at 10:00 am; please be completely set up by 10:55 am. Tear down is 3:00-4:00 pm.
The OSU Memorial Union Quad is located at 26th & Jefferson (2501 SW Jefferson Way) and the Quad is the open space to the north of it. If you have questions or need anything, come ask someone at the sponsorship tent (Campus Recycling, SSI, and ASOSU).

We encourage everyone to take advantage of the alternative transportation modes available in the community.
Free Load/Unload permits are available at the Campus Entrance Station kiosk on Jefferson Street near 15th (across from the McNary Residence Hall). These permits are only for loading and unloading materials and will not protect a vehicle from being ticketed if parked in a loading zone; vehicles should be moved to alternative parking locations after delivering materials. Important: Use Load/Unload permits in Reserved Service Parking areas.
Short-term pay parking is available in the pay lot adjacent to the OSU Bookstore; this lot is metered with a limited number of 2-hour spaces.
Daily parking permits can be purchased at the Campus Entrance Station kiosk on Jefferson Street for $5 and allow you to park on campus in any space designated for students and/or visitors.
If you have any questions or special needs, please contact the Community Fair coordinator Andrea Norris via email or at (541) 737-5398.
