How to Donate:
Oregon State University invites students to bring items they will no longer want or need to a drop-off event at the end of the school year! Donated items will go to local nonprofits for reuse.
The 2025 donation drive will be from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, 10-3 Sunday & Monday, June 14-16 at the Benton County Fairgrounds' Guerber Building (110 SW 53rd St.).

What is Accepted for Donation
Items must be clean, dry and in working condition.
- furniture and mattresses
- clothing and shoes
- linens
- food (sealed and non-perishable)
- electronics*
- books and school supplies
- other household items (kitchenware, décor, appliances, toiletries, cleaning supplies, etc.)
- bicycles**
**Leaving your bike behind? A bike drop event is May 29 (MU Quad) and 30th (Arnold Lawn) 10AM-4PM. From Jun 9-13, you can drop it off at Cascade Hall inside with Public Safety Staff nu using the second floor phone to enter. In past years, OSU would refurbish abandoned bikes for resale, the goal being to offer students affordable, ready-to-ride bikes at the beginning of next school year. Learn more here.
*Electronics Reminder: Electronics should be donated to Great Move-Out and should NOT be placed in the trash! Trashing e-waste is illegal!
